Todd Clifford Rohloff (born January 16, 1974) is an American former professional ice hockey defenseman who played two seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL). Originally signed as a free agent in 1998 by the Washington Capitals, Rohloff spent several seasons with the Capitals organization before signing with the Columbus Blue Jackets, only to be claimed on waivers by the Capitals. In 2005, Rohloff signed with the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Rohloff played college hockey at Miami University.
