Tony Khan
Tony Khan is an American football executive and businessman. He is a co-owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL) and the Premier League team Fulham F.C.[1]
Khan is the son of Shahid Khan,[2] who purchased the Jaguars in 2011 and Fulham F.C. in 2013.
Early life
Khan was born on October 10, 1982, in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.[3]
Jacksonville Jaguars
Khan joined the Jacksonville Jaguars in July 2012,[4] and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Football Technology & Analytics.[5][6][7]
Fulham F.C.
On February 22, 2017, Khan was named as Vice Chairman and Director of Football Operations of Fulham F.C.[8] He oversees the identification, evaluation, recruitment, and signing of players for Fulham.[1][9] Khan assumed these responsibilities following a period of advising the football operations at the club, particularly in the areas of analytics and research.
Business Ventures
Khan is also the owner and chairman of TruMedia Networks,[10][11] a Boston-based engineering firm specializing in innovative sports analytics solutions for leagues, franchises, and media partners across the athletic industry.[12][13]
Along with TruMedia Networks, Khan and his family also helped fund Activist Artists Management, a talent management and advisory firm founded in 2018.[14] Khan made a significant investment in the firm, and separately established the Activist content and venture fund focused on investments in media, entertainment, hospitality as well as consumer products, services and technologies.[15]
