The Toro olive greenbul (Phyllastrephus hypochloris) is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is found in Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda.

Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
