Each episode begins with a [[cold open]] of a clip from an online video. Tosh makes humorous comments about the video, and proceeds to do so for a selection of other videos and/or pictures. During this time, for one video or picture, he sees how many comments he can "post" about it, acting as if he were commenting on a video sharing site such as YouTube, stating he gives himself "20 seconds". Most episodes feature a "Web Redemption", where Tosh invites a person or group that has a video on the Internet to be on the show. Usually, the video features the person in an embarrassing situation.
