Tracey Johnston-Aldworth is a Canadian businesswoman and entrepreneur based in the Waterloo region of Ontario who is known for public service[10] and environmental activism.[11][12] Her firm Traces Printing,[13] which began in 1985 and emphasizes employee profit-sharing,[2] was lauded for its efforts to recycle materials, reduce energy consumption, save water, and use ink efficiently.[14][15][15] She was recognized by the Government of Ontario for her work promoting environmentalism and sustainability.[14] Her firm was featured in a 1995 documentary Stop Waste From Adding Up.[16][17]
