Transwestern is a real estate company headquartered in Houston, Texas.[1]

History

In 2013 Transwestern gained Boston operations by acquiring Richards Barry Joyce & Partners LLC and effective November 1 of that year, renaming it to Transwestern RBJ.[2]

In order to increase its industrial sector, Transwestern acquired the industrial real estate company Epic Realty Partners LLC in January 2014. Because the acquired company was headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois near O'Hare Airport, the number of employees at Transwestern's Chicago offices increased from 174 to 200.[3] Chip Clarke, the company's Americas executive leadership president, stated it was considering expanding operations in Latin America.[4]
