Trolla is a village in the municipality of Trondheim in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located along the Trondheimsfjord on the north coast of the Bymarka area, about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) northeast of Langørjan and about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) northwest of Ila. The 0.22-square-kilometre (54-acre) village has a population (2013) of 521. The population density of the village is 2,368 inhabitants per square kilometre (6,130/sq mi).[1]
