Troup High School

Troup Independent School District is a public school district based in Troup, Texas (USA).


The district is located in southeastern Smith County and extends into a small portion of northeastern Cherokee County.

Troup ISD has three schools – Troup High (Grades 9-12), Troup Middle (Grades 6-8), and Troup Elementary (Grades PK-5).


In 2011, the school district was rated "recognized" by the Texas Education Agency.[1]
