Troy Kopp (born August 21, 1971) is a former American and Canadian football quarterback in the Arena Football League and Canadian Football League. He played for the Memphis Pharaohs, Anaheim Piranhas and Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He played college football at Pacific.[1]
