Tuanjie Square (Chinese: 团结广场; lit. 'Solidarity Square') is the main square in the center of Hotan, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China.[1] It is also translated as Unity Square,[2] so called to promote unity among the various ethnic minorities in the region, where the Uyghur people are in the majority. The square is 250 metres (820 ft) long from north to south, and 200 metres (660 ft) wide from east to west.[3]

In the center of the square stands the statue of Kurban Tulum's shaking hands with Mao Zedong.[1] The southeast corner has a night market, visited by both local people and tourists.
