UDR Inc. is a residential real estate investment trust (REIT) that buys, sells, and develops real estate properties in the United States.

As of June, 2016, UDR had part or full ownership of over 50,000 apartment homes.^[1]

In March 2016, UDR Inc. became a component of the S&P 500.
