Uplands Cheese Company is an artisan cheesemaker in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, U.S. It is run by Mike and Carol Gingrich. Andy Hatch is the head cheesemaker. ABC News called the business a great American creamery.^[1] Their Pleasant Ridge Reserve was chosen by the Food Network's Simon Majumdar as one of the 10 best foods in the U.S.^[2]
