Øystein Aamodt is a Norwegian multi-instrumentalist and producer/composer from Kristiansand, Norway. He mixes strings and piano with all sort of instruments, folk guitar, loops and beats, a sound ranging from ambient/electronic/classical to atmospheric acoustic pop. He also sing in his many of his tracks, and treats his voice like an instrument. He is also the former and guitarist of the pop duo Tuva & Mia, as well as other artists that he releases on his label, Lydbølgen.

In 2020, Øystein formed all the music for a Norvegian TV series called "Fotobonden" as part of a NRK project, also announcing his debut as a composer.
