Tural Timuchin oglu Afandiyev (December 16, 1981, Baku) - economist, art critic, Ph.D. in art studies, associate professor. President of Ilyas Afandiyev International Foundation.
Tural Afandiyev was born in Baku in 1981 in the family of the famous playwright, people writer of Azerbaijan Ilyas Afandiyev. Tural Afandiyev received two higher educations: in the field of economics and in the field of culture and arts. In both areas has a master's degree. He also has a Ph.D. in culture and art and the academic title of Associate Professor. He began his career in the banking sector of Azerbaijan. Over the years, he held senior positions in the public sector in the fields of economics and finance, insurance, as well as ecology and natural resources. He was engaged in teaching activities in the field of culture and art. Over the years of work in the state and non-governmental sectors, he represented the interests of Azerbaijan in several countries of the world. In recent years, working abroad, he founded the Ilyas Afandiyev International Foundation, of which he is the President to this day. Ilyas Afandiyev International Foundation is a European international non-governmental organization whose main goal is to achieve sustainable social and humanitarian development of society.
