Buzarov A. is the author of several books, articles and blogs on various philosophical, legal, ethnographic, social, historical, political, international and other issues. Andrey Buzarov regularly calls for the need to develop international relations of Ukraine with the countries of the Arab world, Asia, Africa, etc. and do not dwell exclusively in the western direction. In 2001 A. Buzarov graduated with a gold medal from high school number 7 in Donetsk. Then he entered the Faculty of Economics and Law ofDonetsk National University ("Law" specialty). 

 While studying at the University, in 2004 became the winner of Ukrainian competition on criminal law and procedure "Mastery of judicial speech". Buzarov Andree was honored for academic achievement. In 2006 he graduated from Donetsk National University with the qualification of "Master of Law". Master's thesis was written on the topic: "Legal guarantees of foreign investment in Ukraine" under the direction of well-known Ukrainian lawyer and attorney Daniel Fedorchuk. 

While was a student at the university, he began law practice. After graduation, he began working for the legal positions in various private institutions and law firms, among them: The law firm «Apriori-lex» and legal company "First Counselor" DTEK Corporation (a subsidiary of the "SCM"), Donetsk. In 2008 A. Buzarov passed the exam and received a certificate of Law for the right to lawyer practice.

Since that time, practices throughout the territory of Ukraine and abroad. He is currently a practicing lawyer with a broad legal profile. Main specialization: commercial law (contract law, commercial disputes, protection of the rights of business entities, international trade), civil law (real estate transactions, He is a member of the Committee on International Relations of the National Association of Advocates of Ukraine, seeking to develop relationships with colleagues from other countries. Scientific activity

In 2006 Buzarov Andrey was enrolled in the graduate school of Donetsk State University of Economics and Trade named after Michael Tugan-Baranowski in "Social History and Philosophy of History." Ph.D. thesis’s theme: "The construction of a democratic society in the Arab world: the socially-philosophical analysis." Buzarov A. was a graduate student of the Department of Ukrainian studies and philosophy of this University from 2006 to 2010. In 2010 successfully graduated from graduate school, but the Ph.D. thesis because of various reasons was not finished. Currently prepares to finish his Ph.D. thesis for the degree of candidate of philosophical sciences under the supervision of Ukrainian philosopher, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor R. Dodonov.

Subjects of democratization, including the Arab society was always the sphere of interest. In this area of research Buzarov Andrey has prepared and published a number of works, among which are the following: Democratic ideas in the social and philosophical thought of the Arab East; Meaning of Islam in the process of democratization in the Arab world; Experience in dealing with sociolinguistic problems in the Arab Middle East and North Africa; Socio-philosophical analysis of the process of democratization of the Arab Society; Сonflicts in the Middle East as global problems of our timeThe religious factor in the events of the "Arab Spring" and the conflicts in the Middle EastSocial, legal and political status of women in Arab societyGlobalization, democratization and Arab society: the ratio of the phenomenaDemocratic freedoms in Islam, etc.

A. Buzarov is also the author of two books about the Ossetians of Ukraine, which were published in 2010 and 2012. In these books collected and systematized the material about the Ossetians living in Ukraine. The book "The Ossetians Ukraine" became the winner of the contest "The Book of Donbass - 2013" in nomination "Humanitarian sciences", and was awarded on exhibitions in Donetsk and Kiev. For active work in the study of the history of national minorities in Ukraine, on the recommendation of a number of well-known journalists Buzarov was admitted to the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine in 2013. Currently Andrew works on a book "Dagestantsy of Ukraine", seeking to create a series of books about the peoples of the North Caucasus, living in Ukraine, and continues to be actively engaged in the study of ethnographic and ethnic issues.

Politics and International Relations

From 2004 to 2007. A. Buzarov attended courses on Arabic language and culture, successfully completed it and received a certificate. After the course began to study the Arab East. For many years, also attended courses of English, German, Modern Greek and other languages. He speaks Ukrainian, Russian, Arabic, English, French, Italian, Spanish, German and Greek language, as well as exploring a number of other languages.

In December 2008, he received the certificate of the International University of Political Science Institute, Masaryk, Brno (Czech Republic) after the course in Donetsk "Transition to democracy and civil society - the lessons of the Czech Republic".

Since 2009 he has been working as a political adviser and expert on international and legal issues with various civil society organizations and political parties. Was an assistant to the deputy of the Donetsk regional council and assistant to deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in three convocations. He worked in the pre-election headquarters of political parties and blocks, as well as international observers for the parliamentary, local and presidential elections. 

He became especially active in the media after euromaidan events, the annexation of Crimea and the beginning of the armed conflict in the Donbass, regularly speaking with the actual analysis of the internal and foreign policy of Ukraine. He is a specialist in the study of the causes and history of the conflict in Donbass. His comments are often published in Ukrainian and foreign press with the analysis of the situation in the international arena and in Ukrainian politics. Moderated the conferences, lectures in various institutions and organizations. Since 2017 is an expert in analytical consulting group KievStratPro.

In October 2017 at the invitation of the Chinese side, he was one of the few journalists from Ukraine, highlighting the work of the 19th CPC National Congress in Beijing.
