The Spirit Guide is one of the three friendly Poes in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. The others were the composers Sharp and Flat, although at first they attack Link. The Spirit Guide lives in the Haunted Wastelands, and can only be seen while using the Lens of Truth. It is the second trial in the desert, and leads Link to the Desert Colossus, although it actually seems to just go in circles.
