Review of Work in process (and work-in-progress) ~October 19-20, 2022~ Since I used the link work-in-progress in a early revision of bbm13, I thought it would be funny to review it as to reference that part. I was thinking it was an article... then, when I clicked on it, it actually is a redirect to Work in process. Surprising!

Looking at the start-class article Work in process, it is short and sweet for what it is. The page starts off with a forward note on "Work in progress" redirecting to this article and a link to Work in progress (disambiguation). Next is the decently-sourced introduction paragraph beginning with four variations of the term "Work in process" (WIP), defines it, then concluding with the term being used in supply chain management and WIP=inventory calculation input for companies' balance sheets. The "Contents" box shows us that the page consists of 4 sections:

  1. WIP inventory in supply chain management (Completely sourced and in one paragraph details how this whole supply chain management deals with WIP inventory including advantages and flaws)
  2. WIP inventory in accounting (Two paragraph-part where it says there are unfinished goods in production and there's a calculation for it)
  3. Tax treatment (Quickly mentions how in the United Kingdom the HMRC thing doesn't specifically define "work-in-process", but three incomplete items are categorized like the definition of the word)
  4. References (14 acceptable sources and whoever added the refs gets the jobs done fairly)

Thanks for a good quality start-class article, it's a nice read to enjoy! ;D «2nd|ias» 02:56, 20 October 2022 (UTC)
