Page kept for historical reasons and links.

This page used to contain two letters where I replied to persons who wished to add links to their website on Wikipedia articles. After some discussions at WP:AN/I and on our respective user_talk pages, the external persons agreed to respect the Wikipedia policy and I will therefore remove these letters from my page.
