This IP has a warning and block log stretching back almost three years. Some of the block log entries indicate this IP traces to a library, but there do not appear to be any truly good-faith edits, instead being removal of content and comments of a racist/nationalist nature. Last block, for a year, saw the IP editor return promptly after the block expire and begin the same behavior. Actually, this is the main branch of the New York Public Library, and though there willl be vandalism, it should be possible for people here to create accounts at least and use their accounts here. I am modifying the block accordingly DGG ( talk ) 19:43, 21 April 2012 (UTC)
