Albert Doctolero Estipular, was born on April 19, 1966, in the town of Caba, La Union. He was the youngest child in a family of 9 children (6 boys and 3 girls). Both his parents were farmer and belonged to distinguished families. His father, Felipe Camacho Estipular, an industrious farmer whom Albert and siblings called "a model of fathers," came from Mangungunay, Naguillian, La Union; while his mother, Emiliana Padilla Doctolero, accomplished woman whom Albert called "loving mother," was born in Canubat, San Jose, Caba, La Union. At the early age, he learned how to cultivate land whom the family is working. In 1981, at the age of 16, he obtained his CAT Officer at La Union Standard Academy in Gana, Caba La Union. In the same year, he enrolled in Management Undergrad at the Saint Loius College, San Fernando City, while at the same time he took COCC and lead him to A Reserved Philippine Constabulary with a rank of Lt. Col. He pursue to a security officer and lead him to handle the group at Sunlife of Canada Tower in Makati City. Due to lack of financial support where he can pursue his dream, He served a security guard til the present. He is married to Marivic Sibayan of Abra and gifted a child, Albemar Elloise taking up BSCE at Saint Louis College, San Fernando La Union and AM Estipular which in Elementary Level.....
