Every expression of a point of view is an unverifiable statement. For example, the following statement is unverifiable: "Legalizing abortion would be the best thing for the Portuguese to do in the plebiscite." But the following statement is verifiable: "There are people who believe that legalizing abortion would be the best thing for the Portuguese to do in the plebiscite".
