I'm not too sure as to what to put here, so I'll put my terrible ideas.

Terrible idea #1: Ranked jaywalking.

Imagine you were walking down the street, and someone comes up to you and says "What's your jaywalking ELO?" The idea is that if you successfully jaywalk, your jaywalking ELO goes up. If you are caught, it goes down. If you get hit by a car, your ranking is reset to zero.
