I am contributing a picture to show the design refresh for the Infiniti G37 sedan which took place in 2010. I am adding this because there is a section describing the changes, but no picture to clearly show the differences. Adding a picture will allow readers to understand the changes in a visual way.

I am also contributing sources for areas which lacked a citation, or the citation used did not mention all of the information that was written in that section of the article.

I have now added the image to the subsection of the article regarding the facelift, and the image was used from WikiCommons media search. Also, I have added small changes to the paragraph relating to this topic, as well as inserted a reliable source to cite the information mentioned in that paragraph as there was no citation in this area.
