Asfaw kuma Dirirsa(Oromo: born 30 June 1987) an Ethiopian Journalist who work in Oromia Radio and TV organization.He's a member of Oromia Radio and Tv Organization founders.

Asfaw kuma born in near of woliso Damu Dagale kebele, south west shoa, Ethiopia. He attended the Dagezamach Geresu Duki secondary school in Woliso Town. He then attended Bahir Dar University Journalism and communication, and in 2007, graduated as the top student in his class. He received his diploma in Journalism and communication. After graduation, Asfaw worked at the Oromia Radio and TV organization (ORTVO)as Reporter, chief Reporter and News Anchor till now.He became known as an investigative journalist while working with Oromia Government. A journalist turned environmental advocate, Asfaw has emerged as a powerful voice in Ormia, raising the alarm of environmental change.

Professional life

Asfaw began her career in journalism covering the 2007 working as a reporter for STVO (Oromia Radio and TV program on Ethiopian Television). He produces features and news stories for a wide range of STVO.including Program department,entertainment department, sport department and News department. And also he is a founder of Oromia Radio, Oromia TV, and Finfinnee FM 92.3.
