Shelia Raford-Hill (Born December 12, 1949[1]), PhD, is an American author, professor, and activist. She currently works at Dominican University as the head Diversity Officer. [2] She is widely known for her book, Further To Fly: Black Women and the Politics of Empowerment written in 2000 about Black Women's strenuous struggle for equality in America.
