The Indian institute of fleet management(IIFM) (founded 2011) is a non profit company registered in Pune Maharashtra, operating from Mumbai and campus is in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh,India.
The institute objective is to fundamentally support entire fleet industry and help them to organize. The mission of IIFM is to establish driving as a profession and to play a lead role to bridge the gap between demand and supply. IIFM is functioning in two formats for organizing industry with existing resource and to create fleet professionals to undertake industry roles and responsibility through its fleet education program. One of the biggest IIFM drive is FPSC(Fleet professional smart card) through which existing fleet professionals will get professional as well as social security benefits that will initially help to bring all the fleet professionals to get organized within industry.
IIFM one of its kind of first fleet university engaged in education, research, training, incubation, tech innovation, consultancy and advocacy in the area of surface transport to start with. Further the vision of IIFM to take this to AIR and OCEAN transportation. The institute is headed by Chairman Mr. Sanjay Singh which is his brainchild. He has the domain expertise of more than 32 years along with selected directors and core team.

The main objective of FPSC is to bring all the fleet professional on a single platform that will help to organize the fleet industry. IIFM is a Non-profit organisation and working fundamentally to support Industry while bridging the gap between demand and supply in an end to end aspect. - ELD compliance:
ELD is an electronic logging device which is utilized to electronically log a driver's Record of Duty Status (RODS). An ideal option for logbook is that many drivers today use it to document it with (HOS) Hours of Service requirements. IIFM employs this to track their drivers when on road. The ELD Compliance is designed to create a more secured and protected working conditions for the drivers, to make the tracing process simpler, supervise and contribute evidences of the RODS (record of duty status) Data.
