Green-Tea is really good for health and physique
Green tea is touted to be one of the healthiest beverages on the planet. It’s loaded with antioxidants that have many health benefits, which may include: 1. Improved brain function
2. Fat loss
3. Protecting against cancer
4. Lowering the risk of heart disease
There may be even more potential health benefits.

Green tea has been shown to improve blood flow and lower cholesterol. A 2013 review of many studies found green tea helped prevent a range of heart-related issues, from high blood pressure to congestive heart failure. What's good for the heart is usually good for the brain; your brain needs healthy blood vessels, too.
