Siec Wolna Prasa is the first ever printed publication of blogs and user generated content online in a traditional newspaper format. Its publisher and owner, Adam Rachwal, started the publication in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on May 2, 2007. It is a bi-weekly newspaper targeting the Polish community in the Greater Toronto Area.
