(31899) Adityamohan is an asteroid of the main asteroid belt.
It was discovered on April 4, 2000 in Socorro, New Mexico in the United States by the LINEAR Project. It has an orbit characterized by a semi-major axis of 2.28 AU, an eccentricity of 0.17 and an inclination of 3.5 ° to the ecliptic.[3].
