Background
[edit]Adrian was born in New Zealand and grew up in Australia. He completed a Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree at the University of Sydney, Australia, and a PhD at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom. He currently works at the University of Edinburgh Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies.
Interests
[edit]Adrian is interested in Pleistocene fauna and relatively recent extinctions of mammals and birds in the Antipodes and Europe. Of note is the relatively recent extinction of the Thylacine.
