Robert Home (29 January 1865 - 10 August 1938) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]
Life
[edit]His father was the artist Bruce James Home (25 December 1830 - 22 February 1912).
His mother was Isabella Watson (born c. 1838) from Ford near Pathhead in Midlothian; the daughter of James Watson. Bruce and Isabella married on 4 February 1864 at 52 Charlotte Street in Leith.[3]
Robert Home was born 29 January 1865 in Edinburgh.[4][5]
He married Jane Helen Bonallo (16 September 1862 - 22 February 1940) from Edinburgh. They married on 5 June 1895 at Bridge of Allan in Stirlingshire.

[edit]He died on 10 August 1938 in Dundee. His usual place of residence was Ceres in Fife.[6]
