George Sherwood Hunter (30 May 1846 - 18 June 1919) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]
Life
[edit]His father was James Hunter.[3]
His mother was Margaret Boddie.
George Sherwood Hunter was born on 30 May 1846 in Aberdeen.
He married Constance Mary Suort, known as Mary, on 23 April 1889 at Lancaster Gate, Paddington, London.[4]

[edit]He died on 18 June 1919 at Newlyn, Cornwall. His estate was valued at £3185, 15 shillings and 9 pence.[9]
