Alexander George Robertson Mackenzie (12 March 1879 - 20 March 1963) was a Scottish painter and architect.[1]
Life
[edit]His father was Alexander Marshall Mackenzie (1 January 1848 - 4 May 1933), a painter and architect from Elgin.
His mother was Phebe Ann Robertson Cooper (23 January 1853 - 29 August 1936) from Elgin. Alexander Marshall Mackenzie married Phebe Ann Robertson Cooper on 14 September 1876 at Dunfermline House, Elgin.
Alexander George Robertson Mackenzie was born in Old Machar, Aberdeen on 12 March 1879.
