Syed Jobair Ahmed who is renowned as Jobair Babu is a prominent figure in media of Bangladesh & UK. He started his career as a TV producer of Ekushey Television Bangladesh. He was the first recruited producer/director of ETV. In a short time he created his own special place in Bangladesh media. He produced and directed a huge numbers of music video, Drama, Magagine programme, talk show, Documentary- all together more than 350 TV productions in Bangladesh. We can say that Jobair Babu introduce Modern Music Video in Bangladesh. He directed more than 250 music video for all famous Musical band and Singers like LRB, Miles, Ark, Renaissance, Nagar Baul. In 2002 he came to UK as a commissioning Editor of ETV world and again made his own place here in UK. He directed lots of TVC and Documentary including NHS. He worked for Hollywood and Bollywood films and recently direct a docudrama “Life in the UK’’ and the film premier was on 17th may, 2011 at “House of Lords”.
