Alapur is town and Nagar Panchayat in District Budaun in U.P.It is about 18 K,M and 56 K.M from Budaun and Bareilly railway station respectively.

Alapur is not only the name of town , it stands for culture where learning flourished . The foundation of this historic town was laid by Ala-Uddin Khilji. Main attraction of this town is the Mosque which was built by Mughal King, since it was founded has seen many rise and fall like other places.

This town has given many leaders to the region , Deepu is the M.L.A from Dataganj, Quazi Rizwaan is upcoming youth leader.
