Ahmad Bazzi is a researcher and mobile app developer. In 2014, he received his PhD in Statistical Signal Processing from EURECOM, Telecom Paristech. Furthermore, he has co-founded Tutorjeh[1][2], which is an online tutoring platform that currently operates in Lebanon.

Biography[edit]

Ahmad Bazzi was born in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He received his Electrical Engineering diploma (summa cum Laude) from the Lebanese University and Masters degree (with highest distinction) from Ecole Superiere d’Electricite (SUPELEC), both in September 2014. He has been awarded a PhD Cifre Scholarship from “Association Nationale Recherché Technologie” (ANRT)[3] starting off November 2014. He was affiliated with CEVA-RivieraWaves and EURECOM until November 2017, where he was under the supervision of Dr. Lisa Meilhac, who leads the signal processing team at CEVA-RivieraWaves and Prof. Dirk T.M. Slock, who is a full professor at EURECOM. He has published in several IEEE conferences, such as ICASSP[4][5], ICC[6], GLOBECOM[7], EUSIPCO[8], and workshops, such as SSP[9] and SPAWC[10]. His research interests include various aspects of signal processing, array processing, and statistics. He also enjoys working in diverse topics of mathematics and publishing apps.
