AmericanHip-Hop artist and Producer1$T came up for the idea of a collaborative series of albums after using the term "Good Gas" as a joke record label throughout his years of recording and producing. He's stated that he intends to use the albums as a way of promoting up-and-coming artists, starting with Volume 1.[2]
