Why I am a Wikipedian[edit]

First off, I have Wikipedia to thank for the hundreds (maybe thousands) of trivial facts I know. But on top of that, it's given me insights into topics I thought I knew, and has inspired me to explore subjects and fields I otherwise wouldn't even have been exposed to.

The topics I read about most often are probably history, technology (engineering, software, and electronics), scientific (chemistry, physics, astronomy, and biology), and geography(USA, New York City, The Berkshires, etc).

Also, I have an unusual passion for defending WP:NPOV.
