My advice
Make a userpage at Wikimedia. There you can put your interests and whenever you visit a new wikipedia. (You might have to delete this page, alternatively you can make this into an art page Wikipedia:User page design center/Style)
As to making an artist page on wikipedia you just need to establish notability in some way. For an example of how to do this, see Verdadism.
