Alusine Mansaray, born Alusine Karaba Mansaray is the Executive President of the Njala University Muslim Student Association at Njala Campus in Sierra Leone, West Africa. He was born on the 16th July, 1991 in the city of Bo, southern Sierra Leone; to a Madingo Father (Mohamed Karaba Mansaray) and a Mende Mother (Kadijatu Karaba Mansaray). Alusine Karaba Mansaray is the 10th of 11 children to his mother and the 12th of 13 children to his father. He started his pre-primary education in Bo at the Islamic Call Educational center and later moved to live with his uncles in his father's village few years after his father had passed away in 1995. Alusine quickly adapted to the village life and there academic system. In that village, he grew as an unoppositional academic giant with complete academic excellency in every examination/competition. To follow suit, he ended up becoming not only the best primary school pupil, but also the most influencial and renowned academic pupil during that time. After a very outstanding and a credible result at the National Primary School Examination (N.P.S.E.) in 2004, he was offered a scholarship of the best performance orphan after scoring the highest grade at the Haikal Academy Junior Secondary School's admission examination. Since then, his fame grew like a bush fire in the harmattan as his ambition for success continues. In 2007, he was made the first Senior prefect ever since the inception of the school. Just as expected by the school's Board of Directors, the proprietress and even colleague students, he ended up scoring the most outstanding grade at the Basic Education Certificate Examination (B.E.C.E.). He then moved to The Bo Government Secondary School to continue his Senior Secondary School education. During his time in Bo School, he was made the Executive President and Chief Imam of the Bo School Brothers In Islam. Before leaving The Bo School, he won the Most Prestigious Award in The Bo School; "Award Of the Most Devoted Muslim" in 2009/2010 academic year. He is currently a Barchelor of Science student (B.Sc.) in General Agriculture at the Njala University. Alusine Karaba Mansaray is now at his final year at the Njala University and he is the current Minister of Religious Affairs in the Student Union Government of the University. He has also being a registered and paid up member of the Njala University Muslim student Association since 2011. Despite being the Executive president of the Association, he had being its Organizing Secretary, member of the Board of Imams, Secretary General on Njala Campus in 2013 and the National Secretary for the entire Njala University and all its afilliates across the country in 2013/14 academic year. He is also a member of Numerous Islamic Organizations like the Africa Dawah Agency, Islamic Dawah Agency, the Lewabu Muslim Youths Association to name but a few; all of which he is a member of their Executive bodies.
