I was a member of the Michigan Marching Band in 1968-1972 when I was an undergraduate student at the University of Michigan. I and a few other older alumni volunteer our time to document the history of the band for the general public. In addition, I am collaborating with the Bentley Historical Library at the University of Michigan to gather user-generated photos, documents, and recordings of the band over a multi-decade period. I have no formal volunteer or paid relationship with the band. Thank you. Al McCord
