My sandbox assignment is to put some type of material into the sandbox for my topic I am researching. I will be the reason why I am choosing this topic; the reason is that I am majoring in Criminal Justice so this topic is going to be interesting to me and also I am in Corrections, I would like to do corrections out of the country. I would like to start my career in California, but end up in Canada or England to make a living. My topic is Correctional facilities in Canada. I will be creating a new article in the Wikipedia search engine.

I was originally going to stay with the topic of Corrections, but it was hard to find good resources for the topic. I switched to the criminal justice system overall in Canada. The system can be ran similar to the United States. The sources will be more up to date with the topics I am going to be discussing. My paper now will be discussing the overview of the systems including prison life, jail life, and rehabilitation programs provided. Along with that, the paper will be looking deeper into people who suffer some type of mental illness or other sicknesses, what the officials go through and their training, and juveniles process throughout the system.
November 20th- I would like to focus this research paper on the offenders in the prison system in Canada along with how the officials treat each individual offender whether they are apart of a minority group or not. This research I have mainly focus on juveniles and offenders who have a mental health disorder. I am currently beginning my my rough draft of the paper and finished the outline today. I would like to start my edits on my word then post them into my sandbox.
