Jos Van Gorp (9 March 1939 – 12 March 2021) was a Belgian actor and director. As an actor he is most widely known for his roles in the television series Familie, De Kotmadam and Ons geluk. Alongside acting on the stage,[1] he had guest roles in many Belgian television series. As a director he worked for the television series RIP [nl].[2][3] He translated a number of plays into Dutch, including Ronald Harwood's The Dresser (as Achter de schermen) and Alan Ayckbourn's Sisterly Feelings (as Zus of zo).[1]

His life partner was Lee Preedy and he had two sons, Jan and Mark. Van Gorp died at his home in Ekeren on 12 March 2021, aged 82.[2][3]
