Scott was born at the RLI in Lancaster on 15.3.1982 and still resides in the area. Scott started Hairbond after working as a hairdresser from the age of 16 and was inspired to make his own range of British made products distributed out of his parents garage. Scott has launched Hairbond into over 500 independent UK salons and exports Hairbond into 20 international distributors as well the USA (CRW Group) and Australia via leading salon retailer Hairhouse Warehouse's 150 retail stores that includes concession stands in Myer Shopping Centres . Scott has done multiple live brand presentations including on the main stage at the clothes show 2010 at the NEC_Arena Hairbond Ltd Headquarters are based in Lancaster,_Lancashire

Scott on behalf of Hairbond picked up runners up award for the 2011 and 2013 About.com Readers Choice awards for best styling product as well as Hairbond won the 2012 best hairstyling product from its leading online retailer The_Hut_Group
