Educational Technology

Technology has a great impact in every aspect of our society, it changed how we communicate, entertain and learn. Since early 1980’s, the use of technology in education is well established with the availability of computer assisted learning programs. Educational Technology is a field of study concerned in developing and using appropriate instructional materials to be used in classroom instruction. It is about the use of technology in education and its impact on the learning process. Educational technology does not only talk about the digital computer technology but also the analogue technologies such as chalkboards, photographs, film, video, audio recordings, etc.
