Archana Kapoor Nagpal is a TEDx, a Certified NLP Practitioner & a Mindfulness Coach. She has sound experience in conducting workshops on various topics in schools, corporates, and the underprivileged sector of society. In 2022, she coached 1300 girls in 103 days across India on Menstrual Hygiene Program and Mindfulness Living. As a Certified Self-Love Coach and a Communication Mentor, she was Bangalore’s Most Wanted’ on Radio 94.3 for her inputs on how art and writing are therapeutic in curbing suicidal tendencies.

Archana was born in Cairo, Egypt, and brought up in six different countries in the world. She graduated with B.A. (Honours) in English Literature. She has acquired verified certifications from international universities to enhance her academic knowledge and writing skills. She also holds a Diploma in Creative Writing in English to support her existence and identity in the world of creativity. Her passion for English Literature convinced her to pursue her Master of Arts in English. Archana Kapoor Nagpal is a prolific writer, poet, and columnist who has seen her work translated into seven different languages (German, Russian, Italian, French, Chinese, Japanese, and Hindi).

Archana worked with various international brands in the domain of writing until she met with an accident that changed her life for good. With 13 surgeries on her body in 43 years, she is an internationally published author of seven books to inspire the world with her words, haiku (Japanese poetry), and micro poetry. She has received 21 credentials in the world of the haiku fraternity for her contribution as a writer, taking the flag of India higher.

Mrs. India Karnataka 2018 winner and Mrs. India 2018 finalist is a versatile personality, and her workshops are full of knowledge, fun, content, personality enhancement, and enthusiasm. She loves to read, paint, write and travel in her leisure time.

She is the co-founder of Awespire Foundation, a non-profit organization (NPO) based in India that works towards creating awareness among women and girls through well-designed animated programs and creative ways of communication. As a social entrepreneur, Archana has designed programs and teams to run campaigns across the country. Being active and vocal about the LGBT community is one of her visions as a social entrepreneur. A motivational speaker who has been a speaker for TEDx Youth Bangalore 2019 and Women Leadership Summit, NHRD 2019. She is the spokesperson for Nari Shashaktikaran Sangh as well.

Archana Kapoor Nagpal has been a columnist for Friday Gurgaon from 2012 to 2014. Archana took up the role of an editor with Author’s United 201, a virtual publishing unit based in Pakistan. Since its inception in 2013, she has edited five anthologies for Author’s United.
