Olivier Emmanuel Arrindell

Olivier Emmanuel Arrindell also known as Olivier Emmanuel Arrindell Antoine (born in Sint Maarten Netherlands Antilles, December 22, 1981) is a Businessman and Airline entrepreneur. He is the founder of Ava Airways https://avaairways.com/ and Sara Express https://flysaraexpress.com/ . With the objectives of transforming and facilitating commercial flying in the Americas, Africa and European Union. Both companies are designed to support the economic trade, the movements of the people between the Americas and Africa.

Olivier Arrindell Olivier was the Managing Director of Financial Planning, Investor Relations, & Corporate Planning for Grace Aviation [1] , and in December of 2019 was appointed as the CEO of Ava Airways [2] by it's Board of Directors. In this role, he is responsible and accountable to the Board of Directors for carrying out his duties and possesses a demonstrated track record in interacting with a policy board. Mr. Arrindell plans, coordinates, directs, and is responsible for all activities associated with the operation of Ava Airways and it's related economic development activities.

During his career, Mr. Arrindell has been instrumental in several initiatives including the development of Antigua & Barbuda's new International Airport and many others, in addition, he has led the communications efforts around Grace Aviation's company’s investment negotiation with investment partners and debt offerings. Most recently, he played a key role in the development and communication of Ava Airways balanced capital deployment strategy plan for its commercial airline plans in Africa which have resulted in favorable terms and conditions through a dividend principle policy.

Prior to joining Ava Airways and leveraging his professional experience and business acumen, Mr. Arrindell became one of the youngest members of the Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. [3]

Early life and education.

From a very young age he was interested in the world of Economic, Finance and Aviation. His entrepreneurship was introduced to him by his Mother Madam Simone Antoine. Arrindell completed elementary and high school in Curaçao and later continued his studies at University of Connecticut and dropout.

Career

He started his career in Music industry, then as a Consultant with Oliwest Ltd an Antigua and Barbuda investment and consultancy firm and Aviation.

In October 2012, Ava Airways formally Tigua Aerotours [4] received certifications for the initiation of flying operations from the Instituto Dominicano de Aviación Civil (IDAC) and the Junta de Aviación Civil (JAC). By June 28, 2020, Olivier Arrindell held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Ava Airways ,the first modern airline carrier in the Dominican Republic.

In March 2022, he became chairman of Ava Connect, a worldwide Discounting travel provider, where users can search thousands of real-time flight and hotel listings and book any combination of travel itineraries that is connected directly to Ava Airways.

During the launch of Ava Airways new venture model, Olivier Arrindell announced his alliance as a strategic partner with Grace Aviation [5] Capital division.
