Born in 1959 in Abadan,Iran

Activities

· A judge in the UAE International Festival of Calligraphy and Illumination: 2013 & 2014

· A judge in Algeria’s International Festival of Calligraphy: 2011 until now.

· Works of calligraphy published: over 50 books and albums

· Authorship: 4 instructional books

· Articles: several articles on stylistics and research in calligraphy

· Interviews: dozens of press conferences plus dozens of radio and television interviews

Teaching

· Teaching: specialty and sub specialty courses in calligraphy from 1978

Exhibitions

· Group exhibitions: participation in over 350 domestic exhibitions and dozens of others overseas including the USA, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Azerbaijan, China, India, Pakistan, Turkey, UAE, Qatar, Malaysia, Algeria, etc.

· Solo exhibitions: 17 exhibitions in Iran, India, France, UAE (Dubai), Kuwait, Turkey, Switzerland ,UAE (Sharjah),USA from 1978
