Education Th.B in Theology from ABI in St.Paul, MN, Bachelor of Business Administration from North Western College Master of Science in Technical Communication from Metro State University toward a Master's of Technical Communication.

   Sigma Tau Chi Award from the Society of Technical Communication for outstanding contributions to the field of technical communication (2011)
