[edit]Sisipho Mpeto is a 26 year old woman born on the 18th of October 1996. She was born in Khayelitsha, she grew up in Khayelitsha, at the age of 3 she relocated to Mount Frere in the Eastern Cape and then she moved back to Cape Town in 2003.
Educational Background
[edit]She attended 3 primary schools. First she went to Intshayelelo primary school in Litha Park, Kuyasa primary school situated in Kuyasa and Ludwe Ngubulana also in Kuyasa she finished primary in 2008.For her high school she went to Sphamandla Senior Secondary school in Kuyasa and she matriculated in 2014. For her tertiary education she went to Cape Peninsula University of Technology to study National Diploma in Public Administration and then she went to University of Western Cape to study BA Honors, Bachelor of Administration.
Political Involvement

While we were interviewing her on the 17th of September she said she was born with the love of politics. In high school she used to participate in debates that as to do with the constitution of the country. When she got to Cape Peninsula University of Technology the ambition and involvement of politics began. She joined PASMA Pan African Student Movement in 2015.She started as a member of PASMA and she also contested for SRC but did not make it that year, but she did not give up she kept on trying.
In 2021 she was one of the chancellor candidates in ward 99 in Khayelitsha Kuyasa but unfortunately she did not succeed.
She faced many challenges as a young woman, but she received lot of support from the people. Before the 2021 elections she was a Provincial Chairperson of the PAC. She is self motivated, she used to research about social welfare of a country and the system that we are in.
Current Work
[edit]The current situation of South Africa is what makes her love politics, she wants to liberate mankind.
Right now she is self employed and she is busy with Non-profit organizations.
